We're a month away from the day when everyone is a little Irish...St Patrick's Day. Tonight Cornhill residents began planning their float for this year's parade. Last year they were recognized as the third best float in the parade. Organizers say they plan to incorporate corn into this year's float but the theme is still up for discussion.

Kelly Walters of Utica says, "Cornhill is the melting pot of Utica, we have a banner that depicts all the different nationalities that live in Cornhill. We're looking for participants, we need walkers, we need people that can show the pride of Cornhill."

The City of Utica will be hosting this year's parade on March 9th.
