Kiplinger's Names SUNY Oneonta To "100 Best Values In Public Colleges"

And in other SUNY Oneonta news, the college just received quite an honor.
Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine has named SUNY Oneonta to its list of "100 Best Values In Public Colleges" for the seventh year in a row. The SUNY Oneonta Provost says delivering academic quality, while remaining affordable is a top priority.
"It is our responsibility to keep education accessible which means it has to be affordable. And it's wonderful that not only do our students get to come here and get a great education but when they leave, they're not saddled with the debt that you hear so many students are struggling with," says Maria Thompson, SUNY Oneonta Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs.
And SUNY Oneonta was also ranked number 3 in Kiplinger's rankings of "10 Public Colleges With The Lowest Debt For Graduating Students."
