Reed And Shinagawa Face Off In Debate

The two candidates running for the 23rd congressional district seat will sit down for a debate Friday night.
Republican incumbent Tom Reed will face off against Democrat challenger Nate Shinagawa in the Albright Auditorium on the campus of Hobart and William Smith colleges at 7 p.m. The debate was organized by HWS Votes, a non-partisan student organization at the college.
