A rape sentence has been reversed for the Ilion man, who is known as "Harry Potter."

31-year-old Jeremy Snyder is facing a new trial on rape charges after the state appellate court ruled that there was a procedural error by the prosecution.

During the trial, officials say then prosecutor Scott Klosner asked Snyder about his past criminal convictions when he was not supposed to.

Today, Snyder entered a "not guilty plea." A trial date has been set for April 15th if he does not accept a plea offer.
