Herkimer High School Puts on 'Good News' Play

There's some 'Good News' out of Herkimer... In fact that's the name of their school play. Play goers are asked to bring a canned good to donate to the Mohawk Valley Food Bank The Herkimer High School Footlighters are taking you back to the roaring twenties with 'good news' The play director says it's nice to perform for the community and give back at the same time.
Play Director John Krause says, "There's definitely a feeling of family and wanting to help each other out and do what's best for each other. Even in cases where things are not wonderful people do come together and help each other out."
The play is running tonight through Saturday night at the high school auditorium.
