		The Destito family is about to celebrate its' 100th year anniversary as a family business. Started as a boarding house, our Grandmother, Michelina, cooked breakfast and dinner for boarders at ten cents a day. It was her family recipes that started us in the restaurant business. This show, and those to follow, is in honor of all those wonderful recipes that we enjoyed as children both in our home and in yours. We hope that in documenting these recipes, they can be enjoyed for years to come
