A Rome man is facing two felony charges for promoting child pornography, police say. Officials seized computers, cell phones, computer data storage devices and other computer related items while police searched the home.
50-year-old Steven Garmany of Batavia Avenue is charged with two counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance of a Child.
