Police: Missing man is a paranoid schizophrenic and insulin dependent diabetic

Police are asking for your help in finding a missing Canandaigua man.
Police say 67-year-old Harvey Walters is a Paranoid Schizophrenic and an insulin dependent diabetic who also has other life threatening medical conditions.
According to reports, Walters went missing February 19th and may be using public transportation, such as bus or train, to travel to California.
Walters is white, 5' 8" tall, has brown eyes and weighs 180 pounds.
