A New Hartford man is facing a felony grand larceny charge after failing to complete paid work by his business.
Police say John Feketa, 45, owner of a tree and excavating business, solicited a New Hartford Resident to have thirteen trees removed from her property.
The resident paid Feketa over $3000 to remove the trees, but he never returned to complete any of the work.
Feketa is being held in the Oneida County Jail and is due back in court at a later date.
