The Department of Public Works did some clean up at the West Side Senior Center Monday morning.
Center Director, Ellen Smith says that the center was hit with graffiti sometime over the weekend with "death" written on some areas of the center.
Smith says that this isn't the first time and the senior center has been a target for graffiti.
"It is very frustrating to think that there's people out there that would just disrespect somebody else's property. Why, why us. We're innocent senior citizens here. Nobody bothers anybody," said Smith.
The West Side Senior Center is near the Boilermaker finish line.
