Over 100 finalists participated at the 4th annual Oneida County Youth Bureau Sidewalk Art Contest.

Children and teens showed off their art skills with sidewalk chalk in front of Pratt Institute at Munson-Williams Proctor Arts Institute in Utica.

Participants had less than thirty minutes to draw something positive and impress the judges.

"I think you walk around and see what these children do i think you will be amazed at how good they are and it allows them to express their creativity and their imagination. Here at Oneida County Youth Bureau we do as many positive things as we can so children can find their niche to feel good about themselves," said Bob Roth, Director of Oneida County Youth Bureau.

Out of the one hundred finalists, twelve were awarded with a gold, silver or bronze medal.
