As many residents in Little Falls were celebrating the Canal Days celebration earlier this month, the Little Falls Police Department was conducting an alcohol sting operation.
During the operation, an underage girl attempted to buy alcohol in various bars and liquor stores.
All but three places asked for identification.
People from the Knights Inn, the Renaissance Bar and Elks Club were arrested for unlawful dealing with a child.
One resident says underage drinking is a problem in their city.
"They hang out with 18 or 19-year-olds that look like they're old enough to buy liquor. They go to the liquor store and they hand it right over because they don't ID nobody. I have yet to get ID'ed in this town. I'm 26-years-old but you don't know that," says Little Falls resident Lori Brown.
Police say they have been getting complaints every year during the celebration regarding underage drinking.
The three people charged are to appear in court at a later date.
