The Hart's Hill Inn has been turned into a holding cell for the day. It was part of the Muscular Dystrophy association's or MDA's annual "Lock Up" event.

People from various business organizations were locked up and they needed people to bail them out. The money raised goes to the MDA.

One participant says he has been supporting the organization ever since his dad had been diagnosed with ALS.

"He had a lot of support and this was over 10 years ago now. He had a lot of support from the local and Syracuse MDA. The best part is knowing that the money will help kids go to camp and research and hopefully someday finding a cure to some of these diseases," said Steve Romanow, a participant.

The MDA says over 200 businesses participated. The Lock Up event has been going on for 25 years.
