A Congressional Candidate for the 19th District made his way to Otsego County today.
Candidate Julian Schreibman started off by touring Cooperstown with Mayor Jeff Katz on Friday afternoon.
He talked with residents in the area, and visited with community leaders to speak about issues that matter to them in the area.
"Otsego County is very important. This is a critical part of the district, there's so much stuff going on here. We have Chobani here now, we have the wonderful things here in Cooperstown, we have SUNY Oneonta that's just doing great things for the students," said Schreibman.
This evening, Mr. Schreibman also plans on attending the Democratic State Party's Oneonta Office Opening.
Schreibman is running against the 20th district incumbent, Chris Gibson.
