Despite the threat of Hurricane Sandy we've endured for the past couple of days, did you forget about Halloween?

Sangertown Square in New Hartford will be holding its annual "Trick or Treat Street" event from four to five o'clock on Wednesday.

Various stores throughout the mall will be giving out candy. All you need to do is put on a Halloween costume if you have one.

"What makes it unique is that it's in doors. And you're here with everyone else in the community for a clean safe environment. We have been doing this for many years. This is a perfect environment for kids to come," said Scott Dumas, the general manager.

The manager also tells Eyewitness News that Santa will soon be making his way to the mall on November 17th and customers can see Christmas decorations up next week!
