Fall is just a few days away. And in New York, Fall means apple season.  Fly Creek Cider Mill is preparing for its annual AppleFest.  The cider mill hosts the event every year, and it's organized by the Cooperstown Rotary Club.  The festival is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for the rotary club.

Bill Michaels of Fly Creek Cider Mill says New York has a strong apple crop this season and people can expect a variety of apples to be available at the festival, in addition to cheeses, fudge, and other specialty foods.  AppleFest takes place from 10 to 5 on Saturday, September 17 and from Noon to 5 on Sunday, September 18th.
