Technology has become an important tool in nearly every part of today's world.

Senator Joseph Griffo is using it to hold a virtual town hall meeting.

In Tuesday's meeting, Griffo answered questions from those who joined the web meeting and discussed different issues and concerns.

Some of the concerns included; the property tax cab, jobs, and the controversial topic of hydrofracking.

The lawmaker gave his thoughts on the issues.

"At the end of this, I want to look at how it all comes out and what the official report is from the environmental agencies, but I believe in two basic tenants," said Griffo.

Senator Griffo says he feels local communities should all have a say in the issue.
