Councilman, Frank Vescera says he wants the city of Utica to join the rest of the modern world and use technology to communicate with the public.
Since becoming a councilman in 2008, Vescera says he wanted to have council agendas and meetings put online.
"As it occurs now, the public is not able to get the agendas and the copies of legislation until minutes before the meeting, and they have to go down to the council and city hall meetings to get them," said Vescera.
The councilman says he hopes to have this electronic system up and running during the first of the year.
For now, you can visit his website at http://www.frankvescera.com to get the latest on the agendas for the meetings.
