A Marcy man accused of arson was in court this morning.  James Kirk pled not guilty today.  He's being accused of setting a fire at the 'Willows at Chaminade' apartments in Marcy.  That complex is just down the road from his former residence.  Kirk was seen leaving the complex just before the fire started.  He's also been charged with placing a false bomb or hazardous substance.  Kirk is set to appear back in court on January 6th.
