Do you have the Post-Christmas "Holiday Blues?"

Many agree that this time of year can be a stressful one with all the traffic, crowds, and shopping.
Some may call it "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year," but is this just a mask to cover up the stress of the Holidays?
"It's a little overrated, but Christmas is a happy time where you should get together with your family and enjoy the holidays, and just be together," said Sean Mehnert.
"It's overrated. They advertise it on the T.V. a little but more then it's supposed to be," said Aldin Zukic.
While it can be a time to spend with the ones you care about, Christmas can also bring something other than good cheer.
"The crowds, and the stores, the traffic, in and out of the mall, that sort of stuff," said Stephanie Diaz.
But when it all comes to an end, some agree it can give them a bit of the "Holiday Blues."
"I think I'm a little sad it's over to be honest," said Mehnert.
"I'm going to miss the Christmas lights, and the Christmas trees," said Diaz.
