Town of Webb Cabin Owner Arrested for Assault

A Lowville man is arrested of assaulting a 42-year-old woman at a cabin in northern Herkimer.
Police responded to the cabin and found the female victim who was reportedly beaten by the cabin owner, 41-year-old Jeffrey Jordan.
The victim was taken to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Utica where she was treated for a broken left orbital bone and other minor bruises and lacerations.
Jordan was also treated for minor injuries and is charged with one count of assault. He was remanded to the Herkimer County Jail on $35,000 cash and $70,000 bail bond.
