After a four month investigation, the Oneida County Criminal Investigation Unit has put three people behind bars.
The incident in question was a burglary in the Town of Westmoreland back in October of last year.
30-year-old Randi Jackson was arrested for reportedly breaking into a home on Cooper Street, stealing jewelry, silver coins and other valuables.
Upon further follow-up, 23-year-old Tiffany Schultz and 22-year-old Gregory Dougherty were also arrested. Schultz was sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility.
Dougherty was not involved directly in the burglary, but was in possession of stolen merchandise, according to police. Dougherty was arrested but released on an appearance ticket in the Town of Kirkland Court on March 6th, 2012.
Schultz and Jackson are charged with Burglary in the 2nd degree.
