An estimated 25% of all children in the u-s are exposed to a family
alcohol problem. Those children are at an increased risk for emotional,
behavioral, and educational problems, among others. In honor of
National Children of Alcoholics Week, the Center for Family Life and
Recovery Center in Utica is working to let children living with
addiction in their family know that it's not their fault, and there are
'safe' people who can help.
