Dolgeville man charged with producing and posessing child pornography

A Dolgeville resident is accused of producing and possessing child
pornography.
According to the U.S. Attorney's office, 32-year-old Nathan Brown
reportedly produced images of child pornography between January 1, 2010 and
February 8, 2012.
Brown is also accused of knowingly possessing images of child pornography on or about March 9, 2012.
If Brown is found guilty of his first count, he can face a minimum of at
least 15 years in prison and a maximum sentence of thirty years, and a maximum
fine of $250,000.
If he is found guilty of his second count, he faces a maximum
sentence of ten years and a maximum fine of $250,000.
Brown is set to appear back in court on March 14, 2012.
