Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri told Eyewitness News Tuesday before the Common Council meeting that a tentative agreement has been made with the Utica Fire Department.

Palmieri says this agreement will be beneficial to all parties once everything is said and done.

He also says it is going to take around 13 days for the membership to ratify the agreement because it has to go in front of the membership.

Eyewitness News will bring you details when the agreement has been finalized.
