Richfield Springs man killed in car crash

A Richfield Springs man has died from a one car accident that happened Monday evening.
Herkimer State Troopers say the car was traveling northbound on ST-28 and crossed a roadway, striking a tree.
Troopers have identified the driver as Edward Ostrander.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
