North-South Arterial Project officially underway

Preparation for the North-South Arterial Project is officially underway.
New York State Department of Transportation Spokesman, Anthony Ilacqua says the project has the full funding available and that just part of the project will be more than $10 million and will go to bid in March of 2013.
The second, larger part of the project which is $52 million, is set to begin in March of 2014.
