Utica's Memorial Day Parade brings the community to the streets

Utica's Memorial Day Parade brought hundreds to the streets on Monday.
The parade started at 2 p.m. and ended at around 3 o'clock near the Parkway.
For some, participating in this year's parade hit pretty close to home.
