We're off to see the wizard! The village of Chittenago celebrates the annual Oz-Stravaganza this weekend.
The 34th annual Oz-Stravaganza honors Chittenango native and "Wonderful Wizard Of Oz" author L. Frank Baum. The festival will have an amusement park, parade, fireworks, and meet and greets with Oz favorites.
One Oz fan traveled far and wide to reach his favorite festival.
"We come from North Central Wisconsin. It's roughly about a 2 day drive for us. Just love the town, love the people we've met here, plan on coming back, and we just love anything to do with Wizard of Oz," says festival attendee Fred Radtke.
Whether you're a good witch or a bad witch, the festival will have activities for all ages, rain or shine.
