New entrance at St. Luke's Home will open Tuesday

Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare is one step closer in completing their multimillion dollar expansion at the St. Luke's Home.
The 200-bed nursing home has been undergoing some construction for the past couple of months.
Starting tomorrow, the new main entrance at St. Luke's Home will be opening.
"As we move towards healthcare reform, we want to have all services together in one location. It can help transition patients from one level to the next level. It's all about coordination and integration of the services," says Mini Malhotra, a spokesperson at FSLH.
The new complex will house inpatient rehab services, home care services and outpatient dialysis units. The project is expected to be completed early next year.
