Parent Company Sells Shares in Remington

The tragedy in Connecticut has also influenced one company to sell its stock in Remington Arms. Cerberus Capital Management, an investor in freedom group, is putting its shares up for sale. Freedom group is a parent company to Remington Arms. The investment company cited the tragic events at sandy hook and the national debate on gun control as the reason for the move. The gun used by the shooter was a bushmaster, which Remington makes. It's unclear at this time how this could affect Remington in Ilion.
