Six facing charges after Westmoreland house party appear in court

Six people facing charges after a Westmoreland house party appeared for the first time in court on Wednesday.
Five young people, ranging in age from 16-20 are charged with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
All five plead not-guilty.
Authorities say they sexually assaulted a young girl at that party back in December.
Officials say Tina Williams is also involved after providing alcohol to those at the underage party.
Williams plead not-guilty.
Neighbors say police have broken up parties at the same residence on Shed Rd. multiple times before.
After today's arraignment, Eyewitness News spoke with the mother of the reported victim, who says it's been a difficult time for the entire family.
"My daughter is a beautiful little girl and for this to happen to her, and for them to just be able to walk away. I'm very upset about them getting Class A Misdemeanors, and they are just getting away with getting a slap on the hand and my daughter has had to uproot her entire life," said mother, Tammy Townsend.
All six are due back in court March 27th.
