BREAKING: NYS Police say 64-year-old Suspect Kurt Myers has been shot and killed by police.

New York State Police say that 64-year-old shooting suspect Kurt Myers has been shot and killed by police.
Our very own Rachel Polansky, who is on the scene, shares with us that State Police say FBI sent a canine into the Glory Days Hotel. The canine was shot and killed and police returned fire.
Police also say that three teams, including the FBI, entered the building to execute the search. At that point, they had no contact with Myers for the last 15 hours and were unsure if he was dead or alive.
No other injuries were reported other than the suspect and the canine.
