An Oneida County legislator is speaking out about the county medical examiner system that was recently merged with Onondaga County. County legislator Brian Mandryck wrote a letter to county executive Anthony Picente about the slow emergency response time regarding the tragic tractor trailer crash that happened on Route 26 in Lee last week. He says the response to the crash fell short, but county executive Picente defends the medical examiner system.

says Anthony Picente, Oneida County executive.

Mr. Mandryck was unavailable for a comment at this time.
