One area college transforms into the School of Witchcraft
and Wizardry for their 10th annual Hogwarts at Hamilton.
Students at Hamilton College really out-did themselves tonight and turned one of Hamilton's academic buildings into a real-life Hogwarts.
Students dressed up as their favorite characters and families were invited to experience the magic of Harry Potter tonight.
Visitors could sit in and hang out in the Gryffindor and Syltherin common rooms and watch the battle between good and evil unfold.
Students were in character throughout the whole night and
all the dressing up is for a good cause.
"We are raising money... The whole thing is free but we have donations.. Those donations go to the literacy fund to the library downtown... Worth money and they believe the organization we give the money to," says Thea Spittle.
Visitors got to tour Hogwarts. Rooms were transformed as different classes the students at Hogwarts would take like Class of Divination and Muggle Studies.
If you missed tonight's Harry Potter tour the magic will continue November 5th from 4 p.m. to midnight.
