One New York man has been collecting Hollywood memorabilia most of his life. And he's bringing it right here to Central New York at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino.
The exhibit will feature more than 30 costumes and rare memorabilia. It all started when John LeBoldbought a cocktail dress for his mother worn by Hollywood legend Marlene Dietrich.
His collection totals more than 1,500 costumes and he hopes he can keep them in tip top shape.
"I'm not asking to make money out of them.. I would love someone to buy them and preserve them.. I would love to know that they are being taken care of," says LeBold.
John's interest in movies eventually brought him to Hollywood where he worked in a studio costume department. The memorabilia has been collected from decades of Hollywood sets.
