All eyes were on the Syracuse basketball team as they hit the hardwood tonight. The scandal didn't slow down the third ranked Orange. After tonight's game against Eastern Michigan, they are 6-0.

Coach Jim Boeheim gave post-game comments. He says he is saddened by the events that have unfolded over the past few days and says he supports the investigation.

"There are no charges. There are no indictments. There is no grand jury. There is no action being taken. When that is done, then we will see what has happened on my watch," says Coach Boeheim.

As the child molestation investigation continues against now former longtime SU basketball assistant Coach Bernie Fine, Syracuse Chancellor, Nancy Cantor, gave head coach Jim Boeheim a vote of confidence, saying,  "he's our coach."

It has been reported that Onondaga District Attorney William Fitzpatrick announced the Secret Service will lead the investigation. The investigation has been turned over to federal authorities because the alleged third accuser apparently watched pornographic material with the former SU assistant coach.

Syracuse Police Chief, Frank Fowler says the department did not know about the 2005 university investigation into the allegations against Fine.

"In 2002, it appears we could have done more with this case, let's just face it right. Now in 2011 I want to make sure that whatever it is that we're required to do by the victims or the people making the allegations, I want to make sure that the proper thing is done," says Chief Fowler.

Chief Fowler says the department also did not know of the 2002 audio recording where Fine's wife sounded like she knew about the abuse allegations.
