The man accused of starting a fire in the Olbiston Apartments on Genesee Street was back in court today.  Aaron Mcclain had previously decided that he would be representing himself.  After discussion with Judge Barry Donalty today, he decided to accept representation.  He was supposed to be in court for a hearing today, but because of that decision made, it's been moved to a later date.  Mcclain has been charged with arson and attempted murder, among five other charges.  He's set to be back in court on January 12th.
