Liverpool Man Arrested for Rape Involving 14-Year-Old Girl

Palermo, NY--New York State Police in Fulton, NY arrested 31-year-old Timothy J. Ritschel of Liverpool for having sex with a 14-year-old female. He is being charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
On December 3rd, a Trooper stopped to check a vehicle with its lights off and the Trooper saw Ritschel in the back seat of the vehicle with the female.
The investigation revealed Ritschel had engaged in sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old.
