Griffo Funding

Senator Joseph Griffo is announcing he has secured funding to promote our region's defense assets. Griffo says the labs at Griffiss Park are vital to our regional economy. Two area defense companies are set to receive one hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars. According to Griffo locking in this funding is a pro-active step in an unsure economy. "I know the state will be engaged because we're concerned about what's taking place in Washington and how that could impact us, so this is being pro-active and vigilant and prepared and I think this money will help. It's seed money to help as we look at a state wide effort."
