The
Little Falls Miners could not close out their series against the Glens
Falls Golden Eagles, suffering a 4-0 shut out on Tuesday evening at
Veterans' Memorial Park in the quarterfinals of the New York Collegiate
Baseball League playoffs. The Golden Eagles forced a decisive third
game tomorrow night at East Field.The game took only 2:12. The only scoring for the whole game came in the top of the first inning when Mike Konstanty drilled a ball over the left field fence for a grand slam. Full story at My Hometown Sports
