Although Oneonta fell to 35-24, it still leads the Stedler Division. With 16 games to go in the Tigers’ NY-Penn season, Oneonta holds a one-game lead on second-place Lowell (34-26). The Spinners routed visiting Aberdeen, 11-2, on Wednesday.

Third-place Vermont (32-27) remained 2 1/2 games behind Oneonta as the Lake Monsters fell, 13-2, to visiting Staten Island on Wednesday. Oneonta and Vermont split a doubleheader on Tuesday at Damaschke Field.  Full story at The Daily Star.
