As the storm is now underway, Utica has asked residents to take
necessary precautions including changing their travel plans. The city
has asked residents to stay off the roads after 5pm tonight.
Centro Bus plans to operate regular services hours but they will be at the terminal all night to provide any emergency transportation if necessary.
"People depend upon us to get to work. There's still gonna people going to local hospitals, whether they're employees or people in need of medical attention. And again, we're there to provide a service to the community. We've gone through blizzards, we've gone through tough elements that are out there and we'll continue to bring services as long as we can," says Ronald Bucciero, General Manager at Centro Bus.
Centro's normal hours of operation are 5am to 12am. But tonight, operators will be available all night, and the terminal will be open between midnight and 5am.
