She can't vote, but she can run. Twelve-year-old Isabella Brown was the top female in Wednesday's Utica Roadrunners Parkway Development Run 2-mile race. "I love running. It's a lot of fun," Brown said. The New Hartford native said she is practicing for what would be her first Boilermaker. Full story at the Utica OD.
