Laytham, Sham win Wilber-Duck Mile

By: Perry L. Novak. he Eighth Annual Wilber-Duck Mile helped raise money to buy new computers for the North Broad Street Elementary School and to help Oneida's United Way.
Friday's race also helped add to the legacy of the race itself.
