Hall of Fame honors Proctor baseball team

For one day, that included the Thomas R. Proctor High School baseball team.
The National Baseball Hall of Fame honored the Class AA New York State High School championship team in a ceremony in the museum's plaque room Tuesday morning. Full story at the Utica OD.
