Proctor coach Guido will manage Rome Coppers

By: Staff. Dave Guido, head coach of the Proctor High School New York State Class AA Championship baseball team, has been named to manage the Rome Coppers entry in the New York State League of Professional Baseball.
"We’re happy to have Dave with us and we’re thrilled with what he did at Proctor this season. We watched him get that team ready all winter and spring. He’s just a terrific baseball man," said NYSL Commissioner Jay Acton. Full story at the Rome Sentinel.
