by Fred Miller - Mike Mason had a night to remember as he pitched and slugged his team to a dramatic come from behind win over a stubborn Moran-Meeker team. Mason pitched a complete game and drove in five runs as he doubled and smashed a three run home run for Utica Post.
Two teams will be rewarded with a night off Thursday night, a prize for staying in the winners bracket of the Oneida County American Legion league tournament. New Hartford Post broke open a close game with Adrean Post on the strength of a Mike Doyle grand slam and coasted to a 12-4 win.
