Turning Stone host 9-Ball Tournament

Many of the world's finest players, including two-time defending champion Johnny Archer, are scheduled to compete in the Turning Stone Classic IX 9-Ball Open Tournament.

Sixteen tables will be set up on the floor of the Event Center, hosting four days of competition. The first round is set for Thursday, August 16 and the champion will be crowned Sunday, August 19.  The tournament, being held in association with Mike Zuglan's Joss Northeast 9-Ball Tour, is expected to attract up to 128 competitors vying for $40,000 in prize money.  Full story at Oneida Dispatch.
