TEAMS BEGINNING THE LONG SEASON AHEAD.

THE FRANKFORT LADY MAROON KNIGHTS BASKETBALL TEAM BEGINS THIS SEASON WITH A NEW VARSITY COACH, BUT A COACH THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH.

PROGRESS THROUGH PROMOTION, IT'S WHAT FRANKFORT HEAD COACH JEFF ADASEK HOPES TO BRING WITH HIM THIS SEASON AS HE MAKES THE LEAP FROM JV TO VARSITY.

AND HE HOPES THE FUNDAMENTALS HE TRIED TO INSTILL WITH HIS ATHLETES AT THE JUNIOR VARSITY LEVEL, MAKES HIS CURRENT JOB THAT MUCH EASIER

COACH ADASEK - "WORK ETHIC AND BEING A TEAM. THERE'S NO INDIVIDUAL. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE TEAM AND WORKING HARD TOGETHER."
